We have a very flexible return policy which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if there is a defect in goods, damage in transit, or due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value. We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery. However, please note: If a product is returned due to a change in mind and your order value goes below our minimum order requirement of Rs.500, you will be assessed an additional delivery fee.

Bread/Fruits & Vegetables/ Dairy Products – Within 24 hours of delivery.
Packaged Food & Non Food – Within 3 days of delivery.
The amount will be refunded to you in the form of JustShop Points which you can use as store credit for future purchases. In case of credit card payments, the money can also be refunded to your account in 8 to 10 working days.
